Who do you sell the land to?
Individuals and families, usually for a home site, a small farm, or recreation. Many of them buy with a simple payment plan we offer, because banks rarely lend on vacant land.
Should I list with a realtor instead?
Sometimes, yes, and we’ll tell you. A listing can bring a higher price but may take months and cost commissions. We’re a good fit if you want certainty, speed, and no costs.
Is your offer negotiable?
Yes. If you know something about the land we don’t, like a well, a road, or a recent survey, tell us. It often changes the number.
What if there are back taxes, or it was inherited?
Very common. Back taxes are paid at closing, and we can help you figure out what’s needed when the land passed through an estate or has several owners.
I’ve never seen the land. Is that okay?
Absolutely. Plenty of owners haven’t visited in years, if ever. We do the research and share what we find with you.
How long does it take?
We’re flexible, but usually 4–6 weeks, depending on the county and the title company. If you need more time, we’ll work around you.
How do I know you’re legitimate?
You never pay us anything, and all funds go through an independent title company you can call yourself. We’re happy to share references from past sellers.
Can I sell more than one property?
Yes. Whether it’s two lots or a family’s whole collection, give us a call and we’ll look at them together.
